1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and winplus2 ("winplus2," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the winplus2 online gaming platform accessible at winplus2.vip and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating a winplus2 account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions that may be published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the winplus2 Platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain a winplus2 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Real-money gaming is prohibited for persons under 21 years old in the Philippines, in accordance with applicable Philippine gambling regulations.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and during gameplay, unless winplus2 expressly permits access from other jurisdictions in writing.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of winplus2, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the winplus2 Platform or any other gambling platform operated under PAGCOR oversight.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by winplus2 or any regulatory authority.

winplus2 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification, proof of address, and age verification documents. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may register only one (1) winplus2 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your winplus2 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and current at all times.
• Keep your login credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify winplus2 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any breach of your account security.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your winplus2 account, whether or not authorized by you.

winplus2 reserves the right to refuse account registration, suspend an existing account, or close an account at its sole discretion, including where winplus2 has reason to believe that the information provided is inaccurate, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the winplus2 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). winplus2 supports the following approved payment methods for Filipino players:

• GCash
• PayMaya / Maya
• Bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank
• Philippine-issued debit cards

The following payment methods are strictly prohibited on the winplus2 Platform and will not be accepted under any circumstances:

• Cryptocurrency of any kind, including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, USDC, BNB, XRP, or any other digital asset.
• Credit card deposits for gambling purposes, which are prohibited under current Philippine payment regulations.

Deposits are generally credited to your winplus2 account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified in the winplus2 Payment Policy, subject to completion of identity verification and compliance with applicable anti-money laundering requirements.

winplus2 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of payment method ownership, and source of funds documentation. Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used to fund the account, subject to winplus2's verification procedures.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are published in the winplus2 Payment Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. winplus2 reserves the right to amend these limits at any time with reasonable notice.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

winplus2 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

General bonus conditions applicable to all winplus2 promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. winplus2 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash except as expressly permitted by the applicable promotion terms.
• winplus2 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, including where winplus2 has reason to believe that a player is abusing the bonus system.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated software, or colluding with other players — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the winplus2 Platform — including live casino games, slot games, sports betting markets, and bingo — are governed by individual game rules published within each game or game category. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

winplus2 is committed to fair play. All casino games on the Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer formats that are independently audited for fairness and integrity. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published by the respective game providers.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure during gameplay, winplus2 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. winplus2 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

Sports betting markets are subject to the winplus2 Sportsbook Rules, which govern settlement, void conditions, and in-play betting procedures. winplus2 reserves the right to void or suspend any bet where there is evidence of match-fixing, irregular betting patterns, or errors in the published odds.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the winplus2 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the winplus2 Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your use of the Platform.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players, including chip-dumping in poker or coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software, servers, or security systems.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown bug are void and will be reclaimed.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment, including operating a business that facilitates third-party access to your account.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the winplus2 Platform — including but not limited to the winplus2 brand name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of winplus2 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any winplus2 content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any winplus2 content.
• Use any winplus2 trademark, logo, or brand identifier in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of winplus2 intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may give rise to legal action.

9 Privacy & Data

winplus2 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

winplus2 implements industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no online platform can guarantee absolute security, and you acknowledge that you transmit data at your own risk.

winplus2 may be required to disclose your personal data to regulatory authorities, including PAGCOR, law enforcement agencies, or financial intelligence units, where required by Philippine law or applicable regulations.

10 Responsible Gaming

winplus2 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools that are available to all registered players at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your winplus2 account.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the winplus2 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, winplus2 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

winplus2's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your winplus2 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. winplus2 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. winplus2 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude winplus2's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

12 Suspension & Termination

winplus2 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice where winplus2 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• You have provided false or fraudulent information.
• Your account has been involved in suspicious, fraudulent, or criminal activity.
• You are no longer eligible to use the Platform.
• Continued operation of your account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to winplus2.

Upon account closure, winplus2 will return any verified real-money balance remaining in your account, net of any amounts owed to winplus2, subject to completion of all applicable verification and anti-money laundering checks. Bonus balances and winnings derived solely from bonus funds are not returnable upon account closure for breach of these Terms.

You may close your winplus2 account at any time by contacting the support team. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. winplus2 operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) where applicable.

14 Amendments

winplus2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, winplus2 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the winplus2 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available at winplus2.vip/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.
